Payment Policy

Welcome to Sparshna Jewellery. This Payment Policy governs how payments are accepted, processed, and handled on our website (sparshna.com). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

At Sparshna Jewellery, we aim to provide a smooth and secure payment experience. We accept the following payment methods:

Payment Method Description Notes / Conditions
Prepaid / Online Payments Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc. Payment is captured immediately or shortly after order placement.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Pay in cash to the delivery person upon receiving the package. Available only in select pin codes / areas; subject to COD surcharge, if applicable.

2. Prepaid Payment Terms

  • Authorization & Capture: For prepaid orders, payment is either authorized at checkout or captured immediately depending on the payment gateway.
  • Order Confirmation: Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS.
  • Failed / Declined Payments: If your payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed. You may retry payment or choose another method.
  • Refunds on Prepaid Orders: Refunds for cancelled or returned prepaid orders are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (subject to bank processing).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • Availability: COD is available only in select pin codes. Availability will be shown at checkout.
  • COD Charges: A small COD handling charge may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Order Confirmation: We may require order verification before dispatch for COD orders.
  • Refund for COD Orders: Refunds for COD returns are issued via UPI / bank transfer / wallet after verification. Processing may take a few additional days.

4. Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations are treated as returns.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (for prepaid) or via UPI / bank (for COD).
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection and approval.

5. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.
  • We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • High-value orders may require additional verification.
  • Suspicious or unverifiable orders may be cancelled for your safety.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Please contact us before initiating a bank dispute to allow quick resolution.
  • In the event of a chargeback, relevant transaction and shipping details will be provided to the bank for investigation.

7. Modifications to Payment Policy

Sparshna Jewellery reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page, and changes become effective immediately upon posting.
