We follow the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

  • Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery, if unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds: Processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: Allowed for defects or size issues, subject to availability.

  • Non-returnable items: Customized, engraved, or discounted jewellery.

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Processing: Orders dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery:

    • India: 5–7 business days

    • International: 10–15 business days

  • Charges: Free shipping in India for orders above ₹2,000.

  • Tracking: SMS/email with tracking details shared after dispatch.

❌ Cancellation Policy
